Tessera Performance was established in 2003 and has grown to become a thriving business today. As strength and conditioning specialist to many of the PGA and Nationwide Touring Professionals and athletes of the NFL, NBA, and MLB, Tessera Performance has successfully created the name and reputation on which it is built.

David G. Armayor, B.S., MAT, CSCS

David ArmayorDavid graduated in 1994 with his B.S. in Human Performance from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.

From there, he began his career as a personal trainer and health and fitness public speaker in the Dallas area. As an elite trainer at the world-renowned Cooper Aerobics Center in Dallas, Texas. David continued his extensive education while training high-profile individuals from across the country.

David has received many of the certifications in personal training and biomechanics offered at the Cooper Aerobics Center and is also Muscle Activation Techniques Therapist. In 2002, he moved to Denver, Colorado and worked with the biomechanics specialist of the Denver Broncos at the Muscle Activation Technique Clinic. Today, he is President and Founder of Tessera Performance, a comprehensive athletic conditioning corporation, and is designing some of the most advanced training programs in the industry.

Adam L. Bratten, B.A., RTSM, MAT, NSCA-CPT, CSCS

Adam BrattenAdam graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1998 with a B.A. in Biology and Chemistry from Hastings College in Hastings, Nebraska. He was a member of the football and basketball teams at Hastings College and later helped coach the 1996-1999 football teams. In February 2008, he was inducted into the Hastings College Athletic Hall of Fame for helping coach the 1998 and 1999 Hastings Broncos to undefeated regular seasons.

He moved to Denver in 2000 where he became a personal trainer and sports performance coach in the greater Denver area. He has received numerous certifications in sports performance, personal training and biomechanics including completing the prestigious Muscle Activation Techniques program as well as the Resistance Training Specialist Mastery program. He specializes in fitness conditioning and sports performance and has trained and coached athletes of all levels including high school, collegiate, and professional, from the ages of 10 to 85.

Today, Adam is co-owner of Tessera Performance and is designing some of the most advanced training programs in the athletic training and sports performance industry. He is also currently the head strength and conditioning coach for the Colorado Performance volleyball club where he and his staff provide some of the most highly effective volleyball-specific training programs in the country.
