Tessera Performance has numerous athletic development programs for all sports and ages. Each conditioning program is individualized to address the client’s specific goals and objectives. The programs are divided into 4 phases:
- Stability phase
- Endurance phase
- Strength phase
- Power phase
Each phase focuses on a specific energy system, leading to the conditioning of all types of performance, ranging from speed to endurance. The initial program is 12 weeks and includes weekly support with all services. Once a client completes the program and wishes to continue, the four phases are repeated at a more advanced level.
