Conditioning programs consist of an initial performance and stability analysis and the creation and ongoing change of an exercise program based on the individualized analysis results. Throughout the program, continued assessment and support is offered to help strengthen a client’s individual weaknesses, creating the optimal environment for strength gains.
The initial analysis includes:
- Video-captured analysis of overall functionality of the client, using an overhead squat, and any sport-specific movement, such as the golf swing
- Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) to test the integrity of the muscular system
- Orthopedic assessment testing joint range of motion
- Body fat, body weight, circumference measurements, and “before pictures”
- The results of the assessment are compiled into a report containing the results of each analysis; a specific program is created to address the client’s individual weaknesses
